Run a 5K

Want to run your FIRST 5k (3.1 miles) but don’t know where to start?! This program is for you! We will sit down and chat so I can create a customized training plan to get you successfully running your first 5K!

Go the Distance

Feeling like a bad ass and want to go “the distance” and think you are ready to run 26.2 miles? Let’s get you there!

To start this 16 week program you must have completed at least the 10k program. If you have completed a previous program with a different coach we can talk to make sure this is a fit. The last thing I want is to have you get injured and hate running.
